Hello, I am Lisa, the owner and designer behind BPassionit, where style meets sport. Passionit, LLC started with three tennis players, much like yourself, who shared the idea of creating functional, great-fitting athletic apparel. Neither of us had any idea how to build a business, let alone one where we would make 100% of the product.
In 2019, a pivotal point in the company, I became the sole owner of BPassionit. Having designed for our brand since its inception, I was excited to continue and add to the sport that I had loved for 36 years and counting.
Today, I continue to be involved in the end-to-end process of bringing each piece of clothing to market, collaborating closely with my pattern maker and the many customers I meet at tennis shows across the country.
When you choose BPassionit, you're not just buying activewear; you're supporting a small, independent retailer dedicated to using environmentally friendly, recycled fabrics. I run a community-focused company that consistently prioritizes putting our customers first and offering flexibility in our services.
Meet The Team
BPassionit has no employees or a large budget. I have been fortunate enough to work with a diverse group of local California-based professionals, including pattern makers, Manufacturers, Website designers, photographers, bookkeepers, and content creators. Each of these professionals comes highly recommended by BPassionit.
Dongna Fang
Dongna has been with the team since its inception. She creates my patterns and CAD illustrations. Without Dongna’s skills, you have no product. Over the years, we have worked on many designs together, searching for BPassionits perfect fit. Dongna has two beautiful children, is civically minded, and loves to travel (Dongna Fang iWear).
Raymond & Lily Li
This couple has accomplished a lot as owners of Gar May Garments in San Francisco. Having sewn for many well-known brands, they are one of the few quality apparel manufacturers still operating. Mr. Li manages the business side and is the best at cutting their markers. Lily oversees all sewing from production to samples. Deena Lyon

Nick has been with BPassionit since 2021. I needed a new person to take on my website maintenance, and boy, I got so much more! He is very knowledgeable, and I enjoy working with him. Erin Traynor
Erin is a PE teacher turned bookkeeper who
loves to solve problems. She is married and a mother of three with a beautiful grandchild. Her hobbies are running, coffee, and reading. By Solving many of our problems, we now have much more time to focus on other parts of the business (Red Barn Booking).
Lynnette Martelle

Tatiana Akhounov
Tatiana is a model and content creator. She has been contracting with BPassionit since 2021. We are always thrilled whenever Tatiana becomes available. She has provided some of the most fun videos and photographs, and we are forever grateful for her support. Tatiana is married and a mother to a beautiful son. She loves modeling, being in front and behind the camera, spending time with her family, and traveling.
