How to return a BPassionit purchase.
Return Requirements
- Please complete the BPassionit Return Form in full. Include your completed form in your item’s return package.
- Your item(s) must meet the following criteria to qualify for a return.
- Item must be purchased from BPassionit.com.
- Item must not be used, washed, or customer-damaged.
- Item being refunded or exchanged must have its original tags attached.
- ITEM MUST NOT BE A FINAL CLEARANCE ITEM. FINAL CLEARANCE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND.
- Your return package must be received by BPassionit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns should be mailed to the following address.

Shipping Charges
Refunds-You are responsible for the return shipping charges on items purchased at full price or in our 35% clearance section. Items purchased at 50% or more are non-refundable.
Exchanges—While you look for your perfect fit, Items you've purchased at full price from BPassionit qualify for return postage, and we'll ship your newly exchanged items free of charge. For items purchased at a discounted rate or with 35% savings, the customer is responsible for return postage. BPassionit will only cover the shipping of your newly exchanged items.
Please send your package, including your completed return form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. When you return items, please retain the shipping proof from your shipper. BPassionit does not accept C.O.D. We cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
About Exchange and Returns
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us. We only offer exchanges and returns within 30 days of the purchase or order date.
Please allow 3-4 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. If your return form is not completed in full, your refund may be delayed.
We are unable to refund purchases made through retailers other than BPassionit.com.
