Placing Your Order
When you are finished shopping, select “Checkout” to place your order. All of the items in your shopping cart will appear in your order during checkout. If you change your mind, you will be able to adjust your shopping cart prior to purchasing.
All BPassionit transactions are highly secure as both our website and Square's website use Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Both our website and Square automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using SSL. You can use any major credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay to complete your BPassionit order at check out. Once you click the “Submit Order” button on the Checkout page, your credit card will be charged the total amount of the order, and you will receive an email confirming your order.
If you submitted an order and did not receive an Order Confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com.
BPassionit accepts the following means of payment:

You must enter your name, address and ZIP code exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. BPassionit does not accept checks, cash or credit vouchers. When you enter the necessary information and click “Submit Order” on the Checkout page, your method of payment will be charged and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. The order confirmation email will detail the charges of your order.
Delivery deadlines and time periods indicated by BPassionit are not binding, unless agreed otherwise in writing. BPassionit is not responsible for delays of delivery due to Force Majeure or due to events which make the delivery considerably more difficult or impossible for the Seller, even if binding time periods and delivery deadlines have been agreed. Those events permit BPassionit to delay the delivery or service for the duration of the hindrance, or to withdraw from the contract in full or in part in relation to that part that has not been fulfilled. BPassionit is always permitted to carry out partial services or deliveries.
The risk of damage to or loss of purchased BPassionit merchandise shall pass to the Purchaser as soon as the merchandise has been handed over to the person carrying out the transportation, or as soon as the merchandise has left BPassionit’s fulfillment center. This also applies when BPassionit is assuming the transport costs. The Purchaser shall check the incoming merchandise immediately after receipt. Complaints of any kind shall be ruled out if they are not made within 30 days after the receipt of BPassionit merchandise. Complaints or claims in relation to hidden defects, which are difficult to discover in the course of the customary examination shall be addressed by BPassionit. Defects of part of the delivery shall not entitle the Purchaser to make claims in relation to the entire commodities within a delivery.
Modifying Or Cancelling Your Order
Due to our efforts to quickly and accurately process your order, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have submitted your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, BPassionit is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. Unworn merchandise may be exchanged or returned in its original package within 30 days of your order submittal date.
Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping. BPASSIONIT DOES NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.
